Description
4 year-old Ryokou is offering a flower (in her favorite color) to a foreign dignitary. Little does she know the man she's offering it to is the father she's never met. Of course, he never knew of her existence either, but he's about to figure it out.
I started this drawing on May 17 (Ryokou's Birthday). Finally got it done!
